Cash-in-transit heist on Ontdekkers Road
The shooting occurred with AK47s in Roodepoort last night.
A cash-in-transit van was blown up last night between CR Swart Drive and Corlett Avenue on Ontdekkers road in Roodepoort, reports Roodepoort Record.
It is believed automatic rifles, suspected to be AK-47s, were used in the heist.

No suspects have been arrested despite initial reports on social media. It is believed that six suspects are currently on the run.
Further shooting was reported towards Noordheuwel.
