Makhosi Khoza: I’m concerned about Mbalula and Kodwa, they’re in pain
The outspoken former ANC member says though Kodwa was once intelligent, his recent actions have proved that’s no longer the case.

Former ANC member Makhosi Khoza has expressed her concerns over the apparent deaths of ANC spin doctor Zizi Kodwa and Police Minister Fikile Mbalula’s moral conscience.
Khoza said she was not at all angry with the two ANC leaders, she just wanted to challenge them to stand in front of the mirror and ask themselves where their moral conscience was.
“I refuse to leave the two young men I once believed would always stand for the truth.
“The two men were once very bright, fearless and promising young comrades within the ANC,” she said.
She further criticised Mbalula for allegedly calling her a liar and also “blaming” her death threats on a 17-year-old when, in fact, he had failed to acknowledge that the threats may have come from within the ANC in the wake of the killings in KwaZulu-Natal.
“Was Mbalula in a comatose state when the ANCYL: Ethekwini splashed my home address on social media calling for my resignation for standing up against corruption?” Khoza asked.
Instead of developing himself academically, like former ANC Youth League president Julius Malema, Mbalula had “tragically” allowed himself to be a slave of patronage politics, she claimed.
On Kodwa, Khoza said she believed he was once intelligent, however, his latest reasoning prowess confirmed that “his thought producing cells have been infected, polluted and damaged by the vicious strain of patronage politics virus”.
This he showed through his lack of understanding of the meaning of ‘coward’, the word he apparently used lately to describe Khoza.
In a recent interview on Morning Live, Khoza called Kodwa a “pathological liar” after saying she had not followed proper procedure when she resigned.
She also criticised him for claiming she was criticising the ruling party because she was not given a position when President Jacob Zuma reshuffled Cabinet earlier this year.
Khoza insisted that, deep down, they knew the truth and what they had to do.
“I’m truly concerned about Kodwa and Mbalula. Something tells me they are in pain.
“I mourn and grieve the death of Fikile Mbalula and Zizi Kidwa’s moral conscience. Let us all pray for these two young once upon a time promising South African leaders,” she said.
Khoza has, however, not given up on the two, urging them to fight the corruption in the ruling party, as she didn’t believe the ruling party was capable of fixing itself.
“Kodwa and Mbalula I still love you my comrades. Repent before it is too late.”
