5. Earthbound
The fast paced guitar on this 2016 track is one of Bury Tomorrow’s top track on the state of the world and how destructive political and societal decisions thwart positive growth. The lyrical content shows how the band has evolved over time whilst still keeping their core sound. The breakdown and guitar work is absolutely terrific and the vocals are once again perfectly on point.

4. The Redeemer
The opening of this track combined with the drop A rhythm guitar create a splendid feel before the pulsatingly quick drums of Jackson hits the fore together with Cameron’s soulful vocals in the first verse. Winter-Bates fast paced screamed vocals then creates a true offset to the previous section of this number. The chorus is another gem from this band as the main lead riff and Cameron’s vocals work perfectly to create a memorable refrain: “Shallow man, you’ve forsaken all you love (for the last time) Oh shallow man for this is not the end, the time hast come for strength, please don’t give in. Show me the will to fight, after this there’s life, this is where you start to believe you can grow.”
3. An Honourable Reign
This inspiring track focuses on reigning in life and overcoming darkness by living the life with those in faith regarding the right and honourable path. Together with a killer chorus, superb musical breaks and instrumentationit truly ranks as one of the bands’s best and underrated tracks.
“Reign upon me, show me how I will survive. Try and tell me a way to feel alive. Bring it back to life, to whole new heights and tell me what is needed. I know you’ll guide me home down this darkened road. Rain upon me, shower me with the tears of salvation. Hold me close, hold me near.”
2. Portraits
This is another classic track from Bury Tomorrow, found on their debut album, Portraits, which uses the time tested formula of hard and brutal riffs together with a melodic and clean approach in the melody. Light breaks through,” is another example of the band’s lyrical proficiency.
