NWU gives back to emergency medical personnel

The training center sponsored 27 members of the EMS industry with a basic life support course.

The North West University (NWU) Faculty of Health Sciences Training Centre recently gave back to emergency medical personnel with a refresher course that focused on emergency medical care.

The training center sponsored 27 members of the EMS industry with a basic life support course. Paramedics of ER24, as well as members the JB Marks Fire Brigade, SAPS Diving Unit and Mooirivier Beskerming First Responder Unit attended the course.


The training aimed to provide members a top-notch experience in getting the latest current training in this important field of work, where lives are saved on a daily basis.
