NWU-Pukke sent an alarming message to their rivals this afternoon (Monday, 26 September) with a destructive 80-17 victory over their Varsity Netball opponents from the University of Cape Town.
The ladies from Potchefstroom reached their bonus point win with ease as the goals flew in at regular intervals.
Players such as goal shooter, Marike Maree and Simone Rabie in defence showed their worth and illustrated the strength in depth that Pukke has in their squad.
Pukke are definitely on a roll and have hit form at just the right time. They face NMMU on Thursday in their last round robin fixture before the semi-finals take place on Monday 10 October.
