The action was fierce, competitive, and of high excellence when kickboxers competed during the annual Mooirivier Challenge on July 18 at the NWU Potchefstroom Campus. KFA Martial Arts hosted the competition that saw over 200 entries across the country competing in Tatami (mat) and Ring Sport.

“Kickboxing will even grow more now that we are internationally recognised in school sports. It will also be in the All African Games under the Olympic Body, IOC,” stated Shihan Johan van der Schyff, President of the North West Kickboxing Association.
