The inspirational Lions skipper's battle with a knee injury in 2019 has been 'full-on' and possibly even futile. But coaching has given him hope.

Warren Whiteley doesn't want too much alone time at the moment. "There are days when things are bad, where it's difficult to accept your set of circumstances. That's when you don't want to be alone, because your mind drifts to some dark places."
