Zesco coach open to PSL move

George Lwandamina says he would not mind coaching an Absa Premiership side.

The Zesco United coach lead Zesco to a 2-1 away win over Kaizer Chiefs in the Caf Confederation Cup this past weekend.

Chiefs’ loss to the Zambia side was enough to send Amakhosi out of the continental competition.

“There are jobs here [in the PSL]. If I get an offer I would definitely take it up. Who does not acknowledge the fact that money attracts everyone [insinuating the PSL was affluent]? I am committed to Zesco but ambitions are there to coach in PSL,” Lwandamina was quoted as saying by SowetanLIVE.

Meanwhile, Lwandamina added that he   was delighted with his side’s display at the FNB Stadium on Saturday evening.
