Erasmus a worry for Bafana ahead of Super Eagles showdown
Kermit Erasmus is a doubt for Bafana Bafana’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Nigeria on Saturday, after sitting out Wednesday morning’s training session at Soccer City.

The Lens SC striker has a stomach bug, according to Bafana coach Stuart Baxter, though he may also have an issue with his hamstring.
“He (Erasmus) had a stomach bug, and because of that he has lost a lot of fluids and is getting cramps. He is feeling his hamstring, we don’t know if that is part of the cramp or a hamstring injury … it is a concern … we will manage it and see how he goes,” said Baxter.
The Bafana coach added that otherwise he had a clean bill of health in the rest of his 25-man squad that left for Nigeria later on Wednesday.
