Chippa and Pirates to tussle for Phala
Phakaaathi understands that former Kaizer Chiefs and SuperSport United winger Thuso Phala has attracted the attention of Chippa United, who are said to have tabled an offer for the veteran.

However, the Chilli Boys are not the only ones who are chasing the signature of the 32-year-old as Orlando Pirates are believed to have also made an offer.
But Phala’s camp are not happy with what the Buccaneers are offering in terms of salary, while Chippa have tabled a better salary package but their signing-on fee was lower for the midfielder who was released last week.

Meanwhile, as reported by Phakaaathi earlier coach Owen Da Gama has confirmed that Highlands Park are interested in signing Phala.
The forward was released by SuperSport after six years with the club.
