Mbule, who is linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs, was placed on suspension for what has been described as “disrespecting his team-mates and technical team”.

Phakaaathi has been led to believe that a number of factors have led to the suspension, with some alleged to be late-coming to training and/or not pitching at all.

It is also alleged that the Chiefs target may have faked injuries to avoid playing for the side, and when he did play, he would not pull his weight for the team.

Kaitano Tembo, who has since been fired by SuperSport, allegedly had a fall out with the player after a confrontation and Mbule’s retaliation led to the club’s decision to suspend the 24-year-old.
