Rowen Fernandez is said to be on his way out of Pirates as new coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic rings in changes at the club.
The Buccaneers have signed former Mamelodi Sundowns assistant coach Rhulani Mokwena to help Sredojevic in shaping the team.
Sredojevic is said to be talking to a Serbian goalkeeper coach to move to South Africa to join the Soweto giants.
“Micho says he had identified the perfect person to become a goalkeeper coach at Pirates, he want someone from Serbia to help him at the club,” said a Phakaaathi source.
“If he fails to get the coach from Serbia he will settle for someone who played for Pirates in the past, who used to be a goalkeeper and has worked in that role previously.”
