Polokwane City release Ramagalela – report

Rodney Ramagalela’s time at Polokwane City has come to an end after a lengthy suspension.

The former Mamelodi Sundowns striker has been released with immediate effect by the club a few months before his contract expires.

According to Limsportzone Ramagalela was found guilty at a disciplinary hearing conducted by the club.

The 30-year-old confirmed to Limsportzone that he has been dismissed by the club but didn’t want to make an official comment.

Ramagalela signed a pre-contract with Highlands Park in January while he was waiting for his deal with City to expire in June.

“He was informed on Thursday last week about his dismissal and has not been coming to training like he used to. He is gone for good,” a source told Limsportzone.
