Sundowns star’s social media accounts hacked

Mamelodi Sundowns captain Hlompho Kekana has warned followers about someone using his social media accounts.

Kekana’s social media accounts were hacked while the midfielder was away in Egypt with Sundowns to play against Al Ahly in the Caf Champions League.

“Hi all. If you received any communication from me via Instagram, email, SMS, calls or Whatsapp, please note this was not me. I have regained control of my insta and email but my Whatsapp is still under the control of the person who hacked me and may be pretending to be me,” Kekana wrote on Twitter.

Sundowns players and technical staff have had their cellphones hacked in the past with the fraudsters asking for money and Kekana is the latest victim of the hackers.
