Wits look to revive league winning form

Bidvest Wits captain Thulani Hlatshwayo reiterated teammate Moneeb Josephs call for the team to get back to its winning ways.

The Clever Boys are facing trying times as they have not rediscovered the form that won them the league last season, having lost to Cape Town City three times in two cup ties and once in a league match.

“We need to remember how we won that trophy, we need to remember what we did to win, and we need to remember the impact it had on our lives. We call on the #WhiteAndBlueArmy to help us defend our territory,” Hlatshwayo told Wits’ website.

Gavin Hunt’s side is currently in 12th position on the log table.
