Rolene Strauss and Demi-Leigh: a meeting fit for beauty queens

Demi-Leigh Tebow is back in South Africa and the former Miss South Africa and Miss Universe met up with Rolene Strauss.

Rolene posted a picture of herself and Demi-Leigh all smiles at the luxury Val de Vie Estate in the Western Cape.

Whilst in South Africa, Demi-Leigh celebrated her grandmother’s 84th birthday, went sightseeing in Cape Town and took a game drive with her parents.

Demi-Leigh’s husband, former NFL player Tim Tebow, posted that they were opening a home for abandoned children in SA.

“While Demi’s been in South Africa, she had the chance to stop by a pretty special place. Our home for abandoned babies that’s almost finished! So grateful to everyone who supported my birthday campaign to help build a home for these amazing children.”

Demi recently celebrated Tim’s birthday with a sweet message.

“Thank you for being the best husband. For always saying you don’t want coffee just so you can drink half of my cup and for giving the dogs extra treats when I’m not looking. Thank you for being my best friend in the whole wide world and for never giving me any reason to doubt or question your words because your actions prove them day after day.

“Thank you for having perspective when I don’t and for not just seeing and loving the best of me but seeing all of me and loving me in spite of it. I love you, Timothy Richard Tebow. You’re my one and only forever and always! Happy birthday, baby!” she wrote.

Rolene has added author to her growing repertoire, after her self-help book, Rediscover Your Self-confidence: Seven Steps to a New You, was published.

She says the book is for people who are struggling with self-confidence and those who yearn for the courage to fearlessly chase their dreams.

The book made it into the top 10 bestsellers list at Exclusive Books.
