Cassper Nyovest denies Azania’s daughter Shamiso was his ‘stocko’
Azania Mosaka’s daughter, Shamiso, has been making headlines ever since her encounter with US hip-hop trio Migos at the weekend, and there seems to be no end to the drama.
A Twitter user claimed that Cassper Nyovest was one of many local stars who arranged for Shamiso to be his ‘stocko’ in the past.
A ‘stocko’ is a woman who is arranged to entertain men. It is also a slang term for an escort.
Shamiso received the ‘stocko’ label after tweeting about Migos’ group member, Quavo, asking her to join him in their private section following their Johannesburg show.
“Quavo just tapped me and asked me to go to his section. I just died. DIED. Quavo just fed us alcohol, even if it was stroh, I’d take it,” she tweeted.
Social media users accused the 19-year-old of being a “stocko” and slammed her behaviour.
One user claimed she was called in to be a “stocko” for the Migos show a week before they arrived in the country.
“Same way she is Called to be a stocko sa Cassper. Sa Speedta. We call Shamiso. She must not p**s us (sic),” a man named Zane said in a since deleted tweet.
Another tweep claimed that Shamiso was also a “stocko” at one of Trey Songz’s shows in SA.
“Kanti Shamiso was Cassper Nyovest’s Stocko & Cass once said he smashed the same chic as Trey Songz, Was she Trey’s Stocko. I feel for Azania,” the tweep posted.
But Cassper denied that Shamiso was ever his “stocko”.

Shamiso has also spoken out about the backlash she received.
“I’ve never been organised to be a ‘stocko’ (girls arranged to entertain guys). No, I’m not carrying a Migos baby. No, I was not paid for anything. No, I was not at the penthouse,” she wrote in statement posted on social media.
“Bullying is not a joke and it isn’t just Twitter. This is not about proving myself to strangers, but just the overall repercussions of this situation on my future and reputation,” Shamiso added.
Her post, and Twitter account, no longer appears to be available.
