PICS: Inside Jessica Nkosi’s lavish baby shower

Jessica Nkosi and TK Dlamini are expecting their second baby. They welcomed their first born in 2018.

Actress Jessica Nkosi’s family and friends organised a lavish baby shower for her a few days ago. This weekend, the TV star shared snaps and videos on her social media pages, giving fans a sneak peek inside her special day.

The Isibaya star is expecting her second bundle of joy together with her husband, former Uzalo actor TK Dlamini.

Taking to Instagram, Jessica penned a heartwarming message thanking her husband, family and friends for their love and support.

“I am so loved, and I don’t take that for granted… God knows. The day was so glorious… and the whole setup made it feel like we were sitting in heaven. I cry each time I think about this day.

“Thank you to ubaba wezingane zami, my family, and my amazing friends for putting this together. I was literally surprised, and I feel I’m too clever to be surprised, but they pulled it off,” she wrote.

Jessica and TK’s firstborn

In 2018, Jessica and TK welcomed their firstborn daughter Namisa “Nami” Dlamini. Speaking to Sowetan Live then, the actress shared that Nami looks so much like her father.

“I’m only going to tell you one thing about her, she’s like her dad,” Nkosi shared. “She looks exactly like her dad. You see Ntokozo and then you see her. She’s a daughter that looks like her dad.”

Clap back at trolls

Last week, Jessica dealt with trolls that were shaming her for her second pregnancy. This after some people left negative comments under a picture she posted on Instagram flaunting her cute baby bump.

Taking to her Insta stories, the actress admitted that she should not be entertaining trolls, adding that she sometimes feels a need to.

“People who say, ‘You pregnant again?’ Excuse me! My last pregnancy was in 2018, It’s 2023!! Are you kidding me!! Stop it, please.

“Acting as if I’ve been pregnant since, and even if I was, so what. Ya, sure, it is odd that I’m pregnant for 9 months. Regular people give birth in a month. I am sorry!!!! Next time I’ll make sure to give birth quickly, just for you,” she wrote, also responding to those who commented that she is “still” pregnant.
