Stress, anxiety and exhaustion – Sonia Mbele hospitalised for 2 weeks

The actress was reportedly stressed about the launch of the Real Housewives of Johannesburg season 3.

Real Housewives of Johannesburg (RHOJ) producer Sonia Mbele was reportedly hospitalised for two weeks after she collapsed due to exhaustion.

Sonia is an award-winning actress, businesswoman, producer, motivational speaker, and a proud mother of four.

According to Zimoja, the actress was overworked, had stress and anxiety and as a result, she fainted and was rushed to hospital.

“She was lightheaded and kept looking unbalanced, but we took it lightly… Thank God she was working from home that day, and her mother and helper were at her house, both had to spring into action,” a source told the publication.

It is alleged that the seasoned actress was stressed about the success of the reality TV show’s season 3 launch which took place on 19 May.

“Sonia has a strong team consisting of young women that she is also mentoring, luckily they were also on her side in planning the event. Thanks to technology, most of the planning was done. On the day of the event, one could have sworn the event was put together by an army of event planners as nothing was out of line.”

Sonia was reportedly released from hospital two days before the launch of the Real Housewives of Johannesburg.
