The live event will take place this Saturday at the Big Top Arena, Carnival City.
Award-winning musician and worship leader Khaya Mthethwa is set to return with the second edition of Art & Worship.
The live event merges music, art, and faith and will take place this Saturday, on 15 November 2025, at the Big Top Arena, Carnival City.
Mthethwa said the event is about celebrating creativity, excellence, and spirituality through a night of music and visual expression.
“Art & Worship II is a celebration of the gift of worship, but also a call to embrace art as a language of faith.
“This show is about excellence, culture, and creating a space where people can encounter God through every sense,” he said.
He said audiences can expect an evening of “incredible praise and worship” and an opportunity to “encounter God and find encouragement”.
“I believe that God is reviving South Africa, and as we come together as worshippers, we will have the power to change people’s lives,” he added.

Blending creativity and faith
Mthethwa, who describes himself as both an artist and a worshipper, said Art & Worship allows him to combine both passions.
“Bringing these two parts of my life together means unearthing creativity while pursuing God with all that I am,” he said.
As part of this year’s programme, Art & Worship II will feature free Worship Masterclasses, where Mthethwa will host sessions for worship teams at selected churches across Johannesburg.
The initiative aims to support and equip the next generation of worship leaders.
Mthethwa said he hopes those attending will leave “refreshed, revived, encouraged, and loved by God.”
