NELSPRUIT – A 54 year-old man was found dead in his vehicle outside a gym. The man was found at 07:00 this morning.
According to Bossies Community Justice Mr Jacques Meiring, a car guard saw the man coming out of Training Edge gym by Westend this morning and get into his vehicle. “The guard then waited to see when he leaves and when the man didn’t after awhile, he went to check on him.”
Meiring said the guard felt his pulse and realised the man had passed away. Police, Hi-Tech security and Bossies were called to the scene.
According to Captain Dawie Pretorius, police treat cases like this as a crime scene until a post-mortem determines the exact cause of death.
Pretorius stated the name of the man would not be released until all family members had been notified.
