Steelburger/Lydenburg News joins the Red My Lips campaign

Red My Lips is an international non-profit organisation which runs an annual global awareness campaign where its supporters wears red lipstick throughout the month of April.

This is done so that the public can demonstrate solidarity and support for survivors and start important conversations with people in their lives during the Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

The campaign is designed to raise visibility and awareness about the realities and prevalence of sexual violence, while combattng rape myths and victim blaming.
