Sheriff seize properties at Fetakgomo Greater Tubatse Municipality

According to the documents supplied by the sheriff, FGTM was owing Munsoft Pty (LTD), a municipal financial software company R1 824 912 for services rendered back in June 2013.With the interest of (15, 5 per cent) per annum from 2013, the amount has escalated to over R3 million.

BURGERSFORT – The Fetakgomo Greater Tubatse Municipality (FGTM) is in turmoil as the sheriff bombarded the civic centre seizing properties of the municipality on Wednesday.
The sheriff, Mr Elias “Monareng” Mohlahla, arrived at FGTM with a warrant for the attachment of not one, but three graders, and four trucks. The vehicles were kept at the old municipality’s offices.
According to the documents supplied by the sheriff, FGTM was owing Munsoft Pty (LTD), a municipal financial software company R1 824 912 for services rendered back in June 2013.With the interest of (15, 5 per cent) per annum from 2013, the amount has escalated to over R3 million.
Munsoft apparently gave instructions that FGTM’s movable assets should be attached and removed with immediate effect.
