KOBWA invites competent, experienced and qualified organisations to submit technical proposals for the following tenders: Provision of ICT Audit Engagement Services and Provision of External Auditing Services at KOBWA.
Title of Tender: Provision of ICT Audit Engagement Services at KOBWA (Tender No. KOB/MD/14/2021)
The Komati Basin Water Authority (KOBWA) invites competent, experienced and qualified ICT Audit organisations to submit a technical proposal, and separately a financial proposal for ICT Auditing Services at KOBWA. The purpose of the services requested is to assist KOBWA in conducting an ICT Audit engagement, for the 2021/22 financial year, in line with the board approved 2021/22 Annual Internal Audit Plan.
Please note that a compulsory briefing for tenderers will be held virtually on Tuesday October 5. The meeting will start at exactly 10:00.

Title of Tender: Provision of External Auditing Services at KOBWA. (Tender No: KOB/MD/12/2021)
KOBWA invites qualified and experienced auditing and accounting firms to submit a technical proposal, and separately a financial proposal for External Auditing Services for KOBWA. The purpose of the services requested is to render comprehensive External Audit Services to KOBWA which comply with General Recognised Accounting Practice (GRAP).
KOBWA in particular requires services to suit the nature of its business being a binational agency for the Kingdom of eSwatini and South Africa on water management.

Submission Requirements:
Please follow the requirements for submission outlined for each tender as per the requirements posted on the KOBWA website, www.kobwa.co.za. Enquiries are open until October 15 and these will be posted on the KOBWA website. Terms of reference documents will be available from September 27 to October 15 between 07:30 and 16:00 at either Driekoppies Dam or Maguga Dam reception desks upon payment of a non-refundable fee of R500.
Proposals must be hand delivered on or before 12:00, October 22 at either Driekoppies Dam or Maguga Dam tender boxes at Reception. Proposals must be clearly marked “CONFIDENTIAL” then the name and number of the tender being bid for.
Tender documents can be procured remotely after proof of payment has been sent to KOBWA. Applicants will be required to sign a tender register at reception. Telephonic, telegraphic, facsimile, and late tenders will not be accepted, but automatically disqualified.
KOBWA does not bind itself to accepting the lowest or any particular tender, and may withdraw all the proposals without furnishing any reasons.
