A perfect blend of food and wine during a night out at Zest

Ataraxia’s wines complemented Chef GT’s exquisite cuisine perfectly.

Straight out of the Heaven and Earth Valley near Hermanus comes the exquisite Ataraxia wines.

And just when you thought the cellar’s perfectly blended pinot noir couldn’t get any better, it is paired with chef Gertinus ‘GT’ Lundie of Zest’s fine cuisine.

Last Wednesday, October 11, the Lowveld’s wine lovers were treated to a delicious five course meal and wine pairing at Zest Restaurant.

While Jan-Nico Coetzee, winemaker at Ataraxia, explained his wines and the aroma notes one could taste, attendees indulged in Lundie’s plates of excellence.

The food meshed perfectly with the wine and the attendees couldn’t say enough about the wine and culinary journey they experienced.

The evening was truly a celebration of flavours!
