The lodge confirmed the news on their Facebook page today, December 3.

“We’re relieved to share that everyone is safe and no one was hurt. There is extensive damage around the lodge, but please don’t worry, our team is already hard at work and taking care of it. We want to thank everyone for the kind messages, support, and well wishes. It really means so much to us.”

She also stated that the town had a lot of flooding and that a number of trees had fallen over in Marloth Park, too.
