LEASE OF FALLOW AGRICULTURAL LAND AT DISA FARM IN THE MALELANE AREA We would like to invite interested lessees to submit letter of intent to lease approximately 21.6 hectares of fallow agricultural land situated at Disa Farm in the Malelane area for a period of three (3) years. Letters of intent to be email to Theuns.delarey@rclfoods.com by no later than 9 October 2026 @12h00 Potential lessees will thereafter be invited for a presentation to determine the successful lessee. Terms of the lease: DescriptionAmount Land rentalR1,000/ha Water and electricity contribution (optional irrigation service)R1,650/ha Total lease cost R2,650/ha Total monthly lease cost for 21.6 ha R57,240 The lease period will be from January 2027 to December 2029. The Lessee will be responsible for:
•Eskom electricity charges (account remains in the lessor`s name and costs will be recovered from the lessee).
•Maintenance of assets such as roads, fences, pumps and main irrigation line. `Proper before and after inspection of leased assets will be conducted and evidence kept on file `Security of the leased area. Infrastructure Provided The lessee will receive: `21.6 ha of fallow agricultural land. `Existing bulk irrigation infrastructure.
•The following are not included:
•Infield irrigation infrastructure. `Buildings or structures. The Lessor will be responsible for: `Water taxes. `Statutory payments. `Administration of lease payments. `Random inspection of leased assets and evidence kept on file Disclaimer The lessor reserves the right not to accept any proposal and is under no obligation to award the lease to the highest or any bidder.
