Ladies and gentlemen, this is Warrior #5
Here is everything you need to know about this year's Warrior Race in Mbombela.

South Africa’s largest obstacle race, the Warrior Race, returns to the heart of the Lowveld tomorrow. More of Mbombela Stadium will be used to make the routes even more interesting and challenging for warriors.
According to the Warrior Race, one of the reasons why obstacle racing is so popular is because anyone can participate.
All you need is an old pair of running shoes and a sense of adventure. What makes obstacle racing unique is that it is one of only a few opportunities for athletes to compete against one another on a level playing field.
Much to participants’ anticipation, obstacles like the Tower of Rage and Mud Monster are making its return. A specifically designed obstacle course will be available for youngsters, as well as a Warrior Kids Zone, under the supervision of childminders.
Those who are interested in some extra high-speed action have the option of entering the popular Reebok Sprint Race, too. This is a shorter and more compact obstacle course which can be entered individually or as a team. OCR, or Obstacle Course Racing, is a sport that incorporates trail running along with various physical challenges in the form of obstacles.
The event has struck a chord with adventure-loving South Africans, presenting a physical and mental challenge, turning everyday people into warriors in the spirit of overcoming adversity.
The events are spectator-friendly and supporters can watch athletes overcome obstacles and in many cases their fears.
The encouragement from the crowds and the camaraderie between athletes contribute to create a vibe the Toyota Warrior Race has become renowned for.
Toyota owners will receive special treatment at the event. Not only will they be allowed to park in a specially demarcated area close to the action, but will also receive a free coffee and snacks.
