WATCH: Kempton Park road closed after gunfight between cops, robbers
Three suspects have been apprehended.
A section of Modderfontein Road near Parkland Drive, in Esther Park, Kempton Park has been closed following a shootout between police and fleeing robbers a short while ago, Kempton Express reports.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area, as it is still an active crime scene.

Ward councillor Tracey Lourenco said Sebenza SAPS told her the robbers were fleeing from Sandton and the chase went through Esther Park, ending close to Modderfontein Road.
Three suspects have been apprehended, while one was shot and wounded.
