You can actually lose some weight by eating more meals through the day.

Stop right there! This does not mean that you can pile whatever foods you like on to your plate and eat as much as you like throughout the day!

Contrary to this, if you choose to have more meals throughout the day, you will definitely have to reduce your portion size, otherwise you may find yourself doubling your weight!

Consider having five to six small meals daily. This can help weight loss by reducing the chance that you may binge or overeat during your normal mealtimes. In addition, it can also help to keep your metabolism running strongly, as it is constantly busy burning up food. Remember to keep your meals balanced, healthy and loaded with nutrients.

Consult a professional

Always consult a dietician if you require assistance in putting a meal plan together. In addition, you should always check with your doctor before making any drastic changes to your diet, especially if you are under medication or suffer from any medical condition that has an effect on your diet.
