Saints Christian School defeated Potchefstroom Central School Cricket Academy in the final of the North-West u.13 Junior League on Saturday, 11 March.

This impressive team finished their season undefeated against tough opponents such as Motlasana Hub, 9T20, Klerksdorp Academy and Rustenburg Academy.

Saints scored 112/9 in the final before restricting Potch Central to 80/8.

Seven of the cricketers on the team are girls, which includes the captain, Reabetswe Dithipe, who was named player of the season. Jessica Joshua also had a fantastic season as vice-captain. Tumelo Molapisi was named best bowler in the finals, and Katiso Mofokeng was named best batsman.
