100 youngsters enjoy soccer tournament

This tournament was held on 2 November, as another step in the development of young soccer players in Potchefstroom.

Over 100 u.9 soccer players enjoyed a tournament hosted by Future Stars Academy (FSA).

This tournament was held on 2 November, as another step in the development of young soccer players in Potchefstroom.

Future Stars Academy came out on top in the tournament, followed by Saints Christian School in second place, and Tiki Taka Sports Academy finishing third.

“We are super proud at FSA to host an u.9 tournament since there is no league or other tournaments for these young boys in our town. It gives an opportunity for the kids to showcase their talents and have fun with their friends through footbaal,” said Claudio Lucas from FSA.

 

Atlegang Ntite from FSA was named as the most valuable player of the tournament.

Best Defensive player was Tshepang Tsatsi (Tiki Taka), best attacking player was Tokollo Matemane (Saints) and the best goalkeeper was Noah Putter (FSA).
