Bafana defender goes AWOL from Ajax
Ajax Cape Town coach Stanley Menzo says Rivaldo Coetzee has not returned to the club for pre-season training.

Menzo told KickOff that he doesn’t know why the Bafana Bafana defender has been absent from the Ajax’training grounds for the past few days.
The Urban Warriors started their pre-season training on Monday.
“I don’t know where he is,” said Menzo. “I don’t even know why he’s not at training.”
Coetzee is linked with a move to Mamelodi Sundowns and according to a source the Bafana Bafana defender has had another offer from overseas.
“I believe he’s got one foot in Europe and one foot at Sundowns. You know how players get intimidated with lots of promises. By I guess that’s probably not the way to go about things as the club has been good to him,” said the source.
