The Zimbabwean goalkeeper is a free agent after his contract with National First Division side Stellenbosch FC expired at the end of the season.

According to reports SuperSport United are leading the race to sign the experienced goalkeeper.

“Washington is a free agent now. He is out of contract, his contract ended,” Stellenbosch FC coach Steve Barker confirmed.

“He will not renew his contract, he has offers from the PSL, I believe he will be signing soon, he has received some decent offers and we wish him well.”
