Vries joined Chiefs last year from Baroka FC, but his spell with the club hasn’t been a good one.

“It hasn’t been a good time for him at Chiefs and to be honest, you can tell he is not really happy at the club after his ill-treatment by the fans and now he is the fourth choice goalkeeper behind Itumeleng Khune, Bruce Bvuma and Daniel Akpeyi. The guy even alleged to fakes injuries so he doesn’t have to train with the team. He feels he would rather stay at home,” said the source.
