On-loan Orlando Pirates striker Gift Motupa says he would like to help Baroka FC qualify for the top eight in the upcoming season.
Motupa returned to Bakgaga from Pirates on a season-long loan deal.
The 22-year-old, who was at Pirates for two seasons making 34 appearances in all competitions, scored in Bafana Bafana’s 2-0 win over Botswana in the Chan 2018 qualifier over the weekend.
“I can’t wait for the new season to start, as I will be able to play in the PSL week in and week out,” Motupa told Daily Sun.
“I believe Baroka can do well in the new season. I am really looking forward to going back, as this goal for Bafana and being selected for the senior national team have really boosted my confidence,” Motupa said.
