Orlando Pirates have reportedly signed Nigerian U23 international goalkeeper Emmanuel Daniel on a precontract.
The Nigerian international was expect to sign for Sundowns, as the Brazilians were the first PSL team to show interest in him.
Daniels will join the Buccaneers in June from his club in Nigeria Enugu Rangers. Rangers general manager Paul Uzor dismissed reports linking the player to Sundowns or a move away from the club before the end of the currently transfer window, but he conceded that a number of high-profiled team were interested in the player.
