Sundowns drawn against Richards Bay in Nedbank Cup, Chiefs get Maritzburg

Defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns drew Richards Bay in the last 32 of the 2023 Nedbank Cup as the ‘Big Three’ avoided each other in the draw that took place in Sandton on Thursday.

Kaizer Chiefs will visit Maritzburg United in one of the three all-DStv Premiership ties in the tournament, while Cape Town City will host Royal AM.
Orlando Pirates were handed what looked like an easy draw when they were drawn against All Stars FC, who campaign in the Motsepe Foundation Championship.
