Former Mamelodi Sundowns defender Matthew Booth believes the Pretoria outfit can cope without star player Khama Billiat.
Billiat is heading for the exit door at Sundowns with his contract expiring in June and him not keen to renew it.
Booth is confident that Sundowns has players in the squad that could fill the void that Billiat will leave.
“I don’t know what he is asking for and I cannot comment about it, but I think Zwane and Laffor are capable of replacing him,” Booth told Vodacom Soccer.
Meanwhile, Booth has tipped Sundowns to win the Premiership title this season.
“As for the league title, absolutely, Sundowns have the squad to do it especially after Pirates dropped points on Wednesday.”
