Out-of-favour Khune worried about his Bafana spot
Itumeleng Khune's injuries which have seen the goalkeeper out for some time have become a real worry now, with Daniel Akpeyi doing well.

The main worry for the shot-stopper is not getting game time and losing his place in the Bafana Bafana squad, a source has revealed.

“It hasn’t been a good year and and to be honest, his future with Bafana Bafana doesn’t look great. He sees the great work that has been done by Akpeyi and you know, it’s very difficult for a coach to change goalkeepers now and then, especially when a goalkeeper is doing very well. I’m not sure if he is going to get game time and that obviously puts him in danger of losing his place in the squad. I mean, he’s been number one for so long, but these injuries are finishing him,” said the source.
Meanwhile, as reported earlier, Bafana star Percy Tau could move on from Club Brugge at the end of this season.
According to reports, Tau has attracted the interest of Turkish giants Fenerbahce.
