Wednesday April 11

Thursday April 12

• A Mandjiedans will be held at Church Unlimited. From 18:30 till 22:30. Bring your own picnic basket and blanket. No alcohol allowed. Coffee and tea are available to buy. Entrance is R20 per person. Everyone is welcome to join. Enquiries: 013-745-8006.

Thursday April 12 – Sunday April 15

• The Ubuntu Festival takes place at Mbombela Stadium, 17:00 until late. Come enjoy the music and speakers. Open to everyone and all ages. Tickets and information available at www.ubuntufest.org.

Friday April 13

• Taking over one venue per city in over 10 cities, you can’t miss the Flipside DJs. Jock will feature Chunda Munki, Lady Lea, LA Cruz and many more. Starts at 18:00 until late. Tickets are R80 pre-sale (at Jock) or R100 at the door. Enquiries: 013-755-4969.

• Brian will be live at The Pub. Entrance is free and the music starts at 19:30. Enquiries: 084-897-6000. Save the date 11 May for Jan Blohm.

• Catch local DJ Ray D on the decks at Legends Bar. Free entrance. Pool tables available. No under-18s are allowed. Enquiries: 082-741-8999.

• Hardus Hartzenberg performs live at Bateleur Estate, Mbombela. Come enjoy an evening of both classical and other genres music performed by Hardus. Tickets are R50 per person. Bookings and enquiries: 072-421-3936.

Saturday April 14

• Martin Bester will perform at The Coachman Restaurant, Dullstroom. This is part of his new album release, Vir die eerste keer. Tickets are R120 per person and bookings are essential. Enquiries: 013-254-0019.

Sunday April 15

• Catharsis will be live at Da Loose Mongoose, Plaston, White River. From 16:00 till 19:00. Entrance is free. Loads of space for the kids to play. Enquiries: 013-007-1402 or 083-594-1006.
