Baroka players forgive  ‘frustrated’ coach Nyirenda

Striker Jemondre Dickens says Baroka FC players have moved past coach Wedson Nyirenda's comments that they are not fit to play in the Absa Premiership.

Nyirenda slammed his players after his side lost 2-1 to Highlands Park last Saturday at the Makhulong Stadium.

Dickens says soon after they found out what the coach said in a post-match interview they forgave him and understood that they let him down.

“We forgive him coach Wedson Nyirenda. Already after the game we were over it. Any coach would have done that because of frustration. But you know Saturday wasn’t our game and any coach would have been frustrated with a performance like that, miss opportunities and chances even I missed it, so we forgave him,” commented the South African Under-23 striker.
