Mbulu joins the Limpopo side from CD Costa do Sol in Mozambique.
The 25-year-old has agreed to a three-year contract with the Limpopo based club.
Baroka coach Wedson Nyirenda has in the past talked about signing a striker that can convert all the chances created by his side.
“Richard Mbulu, striker from Clube de Desportos Da Costa Do Sol in Mozambique signed with Baroka FC for three years contract,” read a tweet from Baroka FC.
