Pirates’ trio back at training as Bucs seek better days

'It’s good news because we have been struggling with injuries and results have not been going so well for us,' revealed the source.

Orlando Pirates players Thembinkosi Lorch, Innocent Maela and Zakhele Lepasa are all back training with the Buccaneers, as they fight their way back into the team after recovering from injuries.

According to a source, the three players started training with the whole squad last week  and they are pushing their way back into the match-day squad. However, it’s not going to be easy to get back into the line-up.

“Ja, the guys are back and fully training with the whole squad. It’s good news because you know that we have been struggling with injuries and results have not been going so well for us.

“But these things happen in football, unfortunately for us, it happened in the early stages of the league. Hence I say I’m very happy that they are back and because the team has not been doing good. We are yet to find a perfect starting line-up and we are not even playing the football that we want yet  but it’s going to happen soon, trust me.

“You see, when everyone has recovered from injuries we will be able to pick a perfect line-up,” said the source.
