Steven Pienaar completes Wits move
Bidvest Wits have announced the signing of former Bafana Bafana captain Steven Pienaar.
Pienaar’s contract with Sunderland ended last month with reports suggesting he was looking to end his careeer the the Absa Premiership.
Kaizer Chiefs, Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates and Cape Town City were reportedly interested in his services. However, Wits has now confirmed that he is a Clever Boy.
Wits confirmed Pienaar’s signing on their offcial twitter account on Wednesday with a picture him and coach Gavin Hunt in club gear.
