The problem is Gigaba’s roving penis, says Ntsiki Mazwai

The outspoken poet thinks the minister should control his roving penis to stay away from trouble.

The public has been on the edge of their seats keenly watching the drama play out with the finance minister, his wife and former mistress.

On another episode of ‘Keeping up with the Gigabas’, poet Ntsiki Mazwai took to Twitter this morning to defend Buhle Mkhize, Finance Minister Malusi Gigaba’s former mistress, saying she is not to be blamed for what happened on Twitter last night. “The problem is with the minister’s roving penis,” she said.

Mkhize hit back at Norma Gigaba, the minister’s wife, on Twitter last night with a stream of tweets after the minister’s wife opened up about her husband’s affair with Mkhize on an interview with eNCA.

Mkhize is a New York-based stylist and fashionista who had an affair with Malusi Gigaba for a year, starting from 2014. She has had a social media spat with Gigaba in the past, where she revealed salacious information about their dalliance.

In an open letter published in 2015, Mkhize said Gigaba had delivered R300 000 to her doorstep through intelligence services, gone on romantic holidays, and yesterday she alleged Gigaba had given her R1 million.

The affair became public after Mkhize was publicly attacked on Twitter by Norma. Fast forward to 2017, the trio is making headlines again after Norma told eNCA how the affair affected her family.

“When it came, I felt so bad for our parents more than us … because me and him are like buddies. I was feeling so bad for my mother and his mother. When they were going to church, people were reading Drum Magazine, they were reading papers, and now we have to explain.”

Malusi’s father was a priest, and Norma said that added pressure on their family. Both their fathers had passed on, and their parents were in the process of coping with their passing, she said.

The Twitter account claiming to be Mkhize’s said Norma should have just kept quiet and live her life quietly, but now secrets that have long been kept would come out, she threatened.

Twitter has been having a field day with the Gigaba family since Sunday evening after Norma Gigaba’s interview with eNCA. ‘Mkhize’ on Twitter took things to another level last night when she exposed Norma Gigaba’s shortcomings.

She posted another PowerPoint slide today basically saying that she stood by everything she said last night.

Twitter’s response to the fiasco has been nothing short of epic.
