Polokwane coach praises ‘computer’ brained Maluleke

Coach Jozef Vukusic has stressed the importance of Jabulani Maluleke in his Polokwane City side.

Maluleke won the Man of the Match award when Rise and Shine played to a 1-1 draw against SuperSport United on Tuesday night at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium.

The Slovakian mentor says Maluleke is one of the best performers in the squad, and reveals that the 36-year-old doesn’t need to be managed the same way as some players who are on the wrong side of 30 because of how fit he is.

“You see Jabu is a very important player for us because we always get the final passes from him, you saw even that free kick that turned out to be a goal.

“His head is like a computer and he gives his 100% performance in every game , so he is a very important player for this team, for him age is just a number,” said Vukusic after the game.
