Hot 91.9FM has announced that, due to an overwhelming response to the Mango Groove 30th Anniversary Concert at the Teatro at Montecasino on March 8, there will be a second concert on March 9.

The group’s first album, Mango Groove, became one of South Africa’s biggest-selling albums (over 25 times Platinum) and included hits that remain part of the soundtrack of SA’s journey over the last three decades.

Tickets for the March 9 show are from R300 and are available at Computicket.

Into the Woods

Into the Woods is a sleek and sexy beast of a musical – and it’s on in South Africa from March 8.

The production is moody and magical, witty and wise. It’s a wicked and wonderful cautionary fairy tale for adults that will delight and haunt you.

It’s about what it is to be human; to long for something other, to wish for more than what you have, to deal with the inevitable loss and the terrible beauty that this journey through the world offers us.

It will be at the Pieter Toerien Montecasino Theatre.
