The Glamour boys are currently fourth on the log, after playing 11 games, collecting 18 points along the way.
It wasn’t the best of starts by the defending league champions, winning only four of those games, while losing one and drawing the rest of the fixtures.
“The difference is that we started with many draws, we didn’t start well in the league. We know our fans expect us to be number one on the league table by this time. Unfortunately, it is not the case this time around and yes we haven’t lost much, but they want wins, they don’t want many draws.
“We understand their frustrations as players and we don’t blame them for wanting that. Because we have set the standard high for them, so they know what we can do. And if we don’t deliver they will become frustrated,” said Letsholonyane.
Amakhosi broke many of South African football records in their run to the championship title.
The longest unbeaten run (19 games), most league wins (15 games) and quickest to 50 points (in 21 games) are just some of the many records the club broke last season.
