'Pressure? Football is pressure. Pressure? Even if you're coaching third division, you have pressure.'

Orlando Pirates coach Muhsin Ertugral says the magnitude of the derby doesn’t need him to motivate his players as they head into a league clash with Kaizer Chiefs at the FNB Stadium on Saturday.

“A game of this magnitude, you don’t need to motivate any players,” Ertugral said at the match press conference earlier this week.

“Coming from Turkey, we have one of the biggest derbies in the world, if not in the top three. And having been involved here for many years in South African football, I know what the magnitude is and what’s expected of us.”

The Bucs coach added that there was always pressure in football, and going into this game, they wanted to play attacking and attractive football.

“Pressure? Football is pressure. Pressure? Even if you’re coaching third division, you have pressure. We want to play attacking and attractive football while maintaining our structures and playing patterns.”
